At Thai Eats Times Square, we’re committed to serving authentic Thai food made fresh with care. Your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
For Pickup Orders (Ordered Directly):
Cancellations are accepted up to 5 minutes after placing the order.
Once food is being prepared or marked ready, refunds cannot be issued.
If there's an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect dish, etc.), please let our team know right away at pickup so we can make it right.
For Delivery Orders (via DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Picnic):
Please contact the delivery platform directly for refund, cancellation, or delivery issues.
Thai Eats is not able to process refunds for orders placed through third-party apps.
